This Deepavali festival may be all Govt. Employees and Software Office Employees are getting Yearly bonus and some other employees are getting bonus on Dassera or Sanskranti Festivals but the poor Govt. outsourcing employees are day by day facing a big problems because no job security, very less salary, no promotion and No Bonus, day by day market rates are very high like tomato rate very high due to very less salaries how we purchase and new GST Good Sale Tax system is added. Supreme orders is already came last year Oct, 2016 for equal pay to all temporary employees in any categories but that is also not implement till today we are waiting for regularization but at least before regularization equal pay orders should be implement as soon as possible.
Someone listen and understands the problems of outsourcing employees and please help the poor employees and their families.

Sir, we are still waiting for regularization because of very less salary, how we fulfill our need and how we educate our children. Another reason is that due to less salary we not having good food so day by day we become week.
