Our hopes are broken, respectable CM decide not to increase outsourcing salaries at the same time regularised the contract employees, what the mistakes are did by outsourcing employees, please brother sri Praveen garu, tell us what the next step done. Please we are unable to meet the political leaders to talk about our problems from the heavy work done by us. We are getting hard work in Govt. Offices after office hours also where the regular employees are not done. And facing many problems like non familiar. However we are not interested their bad actions against us, same way we are works round the clock (12 hours) where the Govt. Employee work just 5 to 7 hours and less. After TELANGANA We hope that our jobs are Regularised by the Telangana Govt. from the blesses of KCR. But the now he is disappoited us.
Still we hopes that Regularised our jobs, but the our God is disappear, our hands prays to that our God Appear early.

Sir this is chander naik we are 31 employees working on outsourcing at GHPR Hyderabad Since 10 years we don't have union sir. Please kindly help us to whome we should approach for union
