As per the G.O.MS.No.22 Date:13-8-2014 says: "Most of the Contract personnel are working over a long period of time against the regular posts sanctioned and there is a request from their side to evolve a scheme for regularisation of the Contract Employees. The Committee shall submit a comprehensive report to formulate a scheme for regularization of contract personnel within a period of two months.".
As you all know according to latest new ,regularization of Contract resource would be for 5 years experience only. But according to the TRS manifesto says that all contract and outsourcing employees will be regularized once the telangana goverment formed and it no where mentioned any expereince required in GO.

The KCR Gari Govt is only concerned about Govt employees and Governing bodies, he must realise the hardships of Contract and Outsourcing employees as they work more than the regular employees with salaries not being paid on time by saying there is no budget, when the govt can have budget for everything why cant it have for the employees who work facing all the hardships without proper leaves and medical facilities in time of sickness, let the govt inspect the offices and see how hard the contract and outsourcing employees work, the govt is going back on its word as our KCR garu before election in Bhaisa had commented that there would not be any contract employee and now they are coming up with riders saying Rule of Reservation and the salaries drawn only from State Treasuries, if they really want to do it they can and if they dont want to do it this will prolong, hope people will understand the stand of TRS Govt.

Dt:11/06/2015. I am working as a outsourcing from 4 years . The salary was no change for outsourcing employees from 4 years. After cabinet meeting on 10/06/2015, the Chief Minister Sri. K.Chandrasheker rao garu was announced to regularize the contract employees and also announced No increments for Outsourcing Employees. In 2014 Elections TRS Party is given their promise to regularize the outsourcing employees. And Sri. K.Chandrasheker rao garu also stated in many meetings in Elections Contract and Outsourcing words not hearing in Telangana State. In many departments in State Government works executed from Ground level by Outsourcing Employees & also facing many problems from higher officers. The TRS Government Should recognizes the Out Sourcing Employees and we are also fighting for Telangana but we don’t get any favour decision from Telangana Government still after 1 year. Hence J.Praveen Garu, President, TCO’S is requested to Bring this matter to Government for Regularization or Increment the Salaries for Outsourcing employees. This is the time for to fight for the Outsourcing Employees. The Outsourcing Employees Salaries are very less than when compared to daily labour wages.

On Election companion’s for 2014 General Elections KCR Tells so many time and so many places Contract&Outsoarcing Employees going to regular after formation of The Great TRS Government. KCR tells in press meets they will regularize the Contract Employees and no salaries hike for Outsourcing Employees. The Government Treated Regular and Contract Employees is only their employees. The Outsourcing employees are not treated as Telangana Employees and Telangana People. Here we are 2 options: ( I think Overall all state Government Departments above 1.0 lakh Outsourcing Employees is working ) 1) The Outsourcing Employees are requested to discuss this matter in every department and district level offices and Head offices. Stop to Proceed work and start the Strikes in District levels and Hyderabad like GHMC outsourcing employees. Otherwise our salaries are not Hike

If your are in contract scheme then you will be regularised and your are joined before 2014 as G.O. releases it will be clear Waite for that on or before sankranthi it will be released Telangana G.O.

Sir how long the salary is sufficient for the person working since 4 years and long. The salary what the Govt. made is not satisfactory to the employees then how you make thanks to the Government is it correct sir Once you said that the salary of the attender will be 14,500 and the salary changes through designation of the employee, then in G.O. the base of the attender salary is 12,000 is it correct sir PLease to inform that salary increments are not satisfactory and we need regularisation sir please respnd

Sir, I am working Data Entry Operator (DEO) in Forest Office, Mahabubabad, Warangal South Division. We are working with agreement (under FDA Scheme) and every year we are signed in agreement form. And we get Rs.9,500/-, but other Divisions are paid Rs.12,500/- but they are taken under Out Sourcing. And they get every month Rs.8,250/- (approx.). The GO said for only persons working on contract basis against regular sanctioned posts. ReplyDeleteAs per the G.O.MS.No.22 Date:13-8-2014 says: "Most of the Contract personnel are working over a long period of time against the regular posts sanctioned and there is a request from their side to evolve a scheme for regularisation of the Contract Employees. The Committee shall submit a comprehensive report to formulate a scheme for regularization of contract personnel within a period of two months.".
As you all know according to latest new ,regularization of Contract resource would be for 5 years experience only. But according to the TRS manifesto says that all contract and outsourcing employees will be regularized once the telangana goverment formed and it no where mentioned any expereince required in GO.
I sincerely request to our Hon'ble cheif Minister KCR to regularize all the contract and outsourcing employees.

ReplyDeleteThe KCR Gari Govt is only concerned about Govt employees and Governing bodies, he must realise the hardships of Contract and Outsourcing employees as they work more than the regular employees with salaries not being paid on time by saying there is no budget, when the govt can have budget for everything why cant it have for the employees who work facing all the hardships without proper leaves and medical facilities in time of sickness, let the govt inspect the offices and see how hard the contract and outsourcing employees work, the govt is going back on its word as our KCR garu before election in Bhaisa had commented that there would not be any contract employee and now they are coming up with riders saying Rule of Reservation and the salaries drawn only from State Treasuries, if they really want to do it they can and if they dont want to do it this will prolong, hope people will understand the stand of TRS Govt.

ReplyDeleteI am working as a outsourcing from 4 years . The salary was no change for outsourcing employees from 4 years. After cabinet meeting on 10/06/2015, the Chief Minister Sri. K.Chandrasheker rao garu was announced to regularize the contract employees and also announced No increments for Outsourcing Employees. In 2014 Elections TRS Party is given their promise to regularize the outsourcing employees. And Sri. K.Chandrasheker rao garu also stated in many meetings in Elections Contract and Outsourcing words not hearing in Telangana State. In many departments in State Government works executed from Ground level by Outsourcing Employees & also facing many problems from higher officers. The TRS Government Should recognizes the Out Sourcing Employees and we are also fighting for Telangana but we don’t get any favour decision from Telangana Government still after 1 year.
Hence J.Praveen Garu, President, TCO’S is requested to Bring this matter to Government for Regularization or Increment the Salaries for Outsourcing employees. This is the time for to fight for the Outsourcing Employees. The Outsourcing Employees Salaries are very less than when compared to daily labour wages.

ReplyDeleteOn Election companion’s for 2014 General Elections KCR Tells so many time and so many places Contract&Outsoarcing Employees going to regular after formation of The Great TRS Government. KCR tells in press meets they will regularize the Contract Employees and no salaries hike for Outsourcing Employees. The Government Treated Regular and Contract Employees is only their employees. The Outsourcing employees are not treated as Telangana Employees and Telangana People.
Here we are 2 options: ( I think Overall all state Government Departments above 1.0 lakh Outsourcing Employees is working )
1) The Outsourcing Employees are requested to discuss this matter in every department and district level offices and Head offices. Stop to Proceed work and start the Strikes in District levels and Hyderabad like GHMC outsourcing employees. Otherwise our salaries are not Hike
2) If we don’t interest to do option 1 (Due to some problems from higher officers) then Our salaries are not Hike for till the The Great TRS Government fall down. If they fall down in 2019 General Elections it is OK. But they win in 2019 also we are still to wait TRS Govt falldown.
We are not Slavery’s. We are with around 1 lakh Outsourcing Employees with our Familys.

ReplyDeleteI am working in Hyderabad Dist cooperative central bank Ltd since 2008 on outsourcing basis as DPO Government has announced salary hike for outsourcing employees in the month of January 2016. Instead of salary hike the Bank has given letter dt 01.02.2016 for dispensing or termination of my services from 01.03.2016.

ReplyDeleteI along with me 3 other persons are working In Labour Department as Outsourcing employees in Andhra Office. they are going to shift by 7th of this month then what will happen to us we are working in Labour department from 2009 on-wards why our Union not protesting for telangana outsourcing employees who are in Andhra Government and who are on the edge of losing the JOB Just like class iv employees who made dharana why our Union is not making any dharana to save thousand's of outsourcing employees working in Andhra Please reply not only for my sake but also for thousand's of outsourcing employees working in Andhra
i am working as computer operator in Telangana Foods (A Govt of TS Enterprise) which category i belong i.e., outsourcing or contact? (these doubt also have many workers in my PSU Company please give me clarity)
