CONTRACT OUTSOURCING EMPLOYEES ARE DAY BY DAY BECOME VERY WEEK BECAUSE OF NOT HAVING A HEALTHY FOOD, DUE TO A VERY LESS SALARIES AND NO FACILITIES, NO BENEFIT AND NO FUTURE. SO HOW WE GET A HEALTHY FOOD AND HOW WE EDUCATE OUR CHILDRENS, ONLY BECAUSE OF VERY LESS SALARIES. SIR PLEASE TRY TO UNDERSTAND THE POOR CONTRACT OUTSOURCING EMPLOYEES PROBLEM AND REGULARIZE OUR SERVICES. AFTER BIFURCATION GOVT EMPLOYEES THEY GET SPECIAL INCREMENT, HEALTH CARDS AND NOW THEY ARE GETTING PRC, OK SIR CONTRACT OUTSOURCING EMPLOYEES ARE ALSO DOING HARD WORK FROM SO MANY YEARS WE ARE ALSO A PART OF GOVT OFFICES. WE ARE ALSO HOPING THAT ONE DAY WE ARE ALSO BECOME REGULAR GOVT EMPLOYEES AND WE ARE ALSO GETTING ALL BENEFIT. AS HUMAN BEING PLEASE REGULARIZE ALL CONTRACT OUTSOURCING EMPLOYEES SO THAT WE WILL ALSO FULFILL OUR NEED
Sir, Some many festivals are coming and going dassera and moharam festivals is over and now Deepavali festival is coming but the Govt. outsourcing employees are day by day facing a big problems because no job security, very less salary and no promotion Sir, day by day market rates are very very high like tomato 100 Rs. Kg due to very less salaries how we purchase and new GST Good Sale Tax is added. Supreme orders is already came last year oct, 2016 for equal pay to all temporary employees in any categories but that is also not implement till today we are waiting for regularization but at least before regularization equal pay orders should be implement as soon as possible.
As A Human being pl help the poor outsourcing employees and their families.
