ReplyDeleteSome many festivals are coming and going dassera and moharam festivals is over and now Deepavali festival is coming but the Govt. outsourcing employees are day by day facing a big problems because no job security, very less salary and no promotion Sir, day by day market rates are very very high like tomato 100 Rs. Kg due to very less salaries how we purchase and new GST Good Sale Tax is added. Supreme orders is already came last year oct, 2016 for equal pay to all temporary employees in any categories but that is also not implement till today we are waiting for regularization but at least before regularization equal pay orders should be implement as soon as possible.
As A Human being pl help the poor outsourcing employees and their families.

Employees and Software Office Employees are getting Yearly bonus and some other employees are getting bonus on Dassera or Sanskranti Festivals but the poor Govt. outsourcing employees are day by day facing a big problems because no job security, very less salary, no promotion and No Bonus, day by day market rates are very high like tomato rate very high due to very less salaries how we purchase and new GST Good Sale Tax system is added.
