We contract work shop attendants employees(we are technical&skilled) in govt polytechics in telangana state our problems 1.G.O.MS.NO.14 2016 is not applicable. 2.G.O.MS.NO.138 2005.Contract lectures giving 100 percent Rs.40,272/-salaries increased & 12 months salary 3.50 percent salaries Rs.11550/-. 4.10 months salary both employees are same G.O.MS.NO.138.
CONTRACT EMPLOYEES BECOME REGULAR BUT WAT ABOUT OUTSOURCING EMPLOYEES,
